Built-in registration, no external tools

Organizers can enable RSVP or registration directly on their event. Visitors click 'Register' on the event page, fill in their details, and receive a confirmation email. The organizer sees the attendee list in the Event Manager. No Google Forms, no Eventbrite, no redirects to external platforms.

Customizable registration forms

Registration forms can collect the fields the organizer needs: name, email, phone, organization, dietary preferences, accessibility requirements, or custom fields. Each event can have its own form configuration. Capacity limits are supported — when an event is full, registration closes automatically.

Attendee management for organizers

Organizers see their registration list directly in the Event Manager: who signed up, when, and their submitted details. They can export the list, send follow-up emails, or track no-shows. Moderators and administrators have visibility across all events.
