Data after termination: upon contract termination, all client data is deleted within 90 days unless retention is required by law.
Precedence: if there is a conflict between these Terms and the individual client agreement, the client agreement takes precedence.
11. Organizer accounts Organizers
Event organizers create accounts on the Event Manager operated by a Cruncho client. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and any additional guidelines set by the Client operating your Event Manager.
Account responsibility: you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Notify the Event Manager administrator if you suspect unauthorized access.
Roles and permissions: your account is assigned a role by the Client's administrators. Your role determines what actions you can perform. The Client may change your role at any time.
Account data: your account data (name, email, organization) is processed by Cruncho on behalf of the Client. The Client is the data controller. See our Privacy Policy for details.
12. Event content standards Organizers
When submitting events, you must ensure that:
- All event information is accurate and not misleading
- You have the right to use any images or media you upload
- Events do not promote illegal activities, violence, discrimination, or hate speech
- Events do not contain spam, excessive commercial promotion, or unrelated content
- Ticketed events display accurate pricing and availability
The Client's administrators and moderators have the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any event that does not meet these standards or the Client's own content guidelines.
13. Content ownership & license Organizers
Your content remains yours. You retain ownership of the event content you submit to the Event Manager.
License grant: by submitting content, you grant Cruncho and the Client a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your event content through the platform's channels. This license ends when the content is removed.
Content sourced via API: events imported from third-party sources (Ticketmaster, Tickster, Songkick, local APIs, etc.) are subject to the terms of those providers. Cruncho displays this content under license from those sources.
14. Account suspension & removal Organizers
The Client's administrators may suspend or remove your organizer account at any time, for any reason, including:
- Repeated submission of inaccurate or misleading event content
- Violation of the content standards in Section 12
- Violation of the acceptable use policy in Section 4
- The Client's own organizational policies
Cruncho may also suspend accounts at the platform level if required by law, to protect the platform's integrity, or at the Client's request.
Events submitted by a suspended or removed organizer remain on the platform unless the Client or Cruncho decides to remove them.
15. Calendar use & features End users
Cruncho-powered event calendars are public and can be browsed without creating an account or providing personal data. Some features involve personalization:
- Favorites: you can like individual events to save them to a personal favorites list. You can also like specific event categories so they appear near the top of the calendar listing page, personalizing your browsing experience.
- Session-based by default: favorites and category preferences are stored during your browser session. If you close the browser or the session cookie expires, these choices are lost.
- Persistent with login: to save your favorites and category preferences across sessions, you can log in using Google, Apple, or email. When you log in again later, your saved events and preferred categories are restored.
- Privacy: Cruncho does not transmit your personal favorites, liked categories, or any other personalization choices to any external party. These preferences exist solely to improve your experience on the calendar.
- Search and filters: search queries and filter usage may be included in aggregated, anonymized analytics. No personal data is collected from search activity.
16. Ticketing & purchases End users
Some events on Cruncho-powered calendars offer ticket sales. When you purchase a ticket:
Payment processing: all payments are processed by Stripe. Cruncho does not store your credit card details. Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction.
Your contract is with the event organizer. When you buy a ticket, you enter into a transaction with the event organizer, not with Cruncho. The organizer is responsible for the event taking place as described. Cruncho provides the ticketing technology but is not a party to the ticket purchase.
Refunds: refund policies are determined by the event organizer. Contact the organizer directly for refund requests. Cruncho will facilitate the technical processing of refunds when approved by the organizer.
Confirmation: you will receive a confirmation email after purchase. This email contains your ticket details and is sent from the platform on behalf of the organizer.
Data: your name, email, and transaction details are stored by Cruncho on behalf of the Client. Transaction records are retained for 7 years per Swedish accounting law. See our Privacy Policy.
17. RSVP & registration End users
Some events offer RSVP or registration. When you register:
- Your name, email, and any additional information are shared with the event organizer
- You will receive a confirmation email from the platform
- The event organizer may contact you regarding the event
- Your registration data is processed by Cruncho on behalf of the Client (data controller)
You can request deletion of your registration data by contacting the event organizer or the Client. See our Privacy Policy for your full data rights.

The platform displays event content from multiple sources: organizers, third-party APIs (Ticketmaster, Tickster, Songkick, local ticketing platforms), and client-imported data.
Cruncho does not verify the accuracy of third-party event content and is not responsible for events that are cancelled, rescheduled, misrepresented, or otherwise different from what is displayed. The event organizer or source is responsible for the accuracy of their content.

Liability cap: to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cruncho's total liability arising from or related to these Terms β whether in contract, tort, or otherwise β shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client to Cruncho in the 12 months preceding the claim. For non-paying users (organizers and end users), Cruncho's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Exclusions: Cruncho shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
