Five roles, clear responsibilities

Cruncho uses five distinct roles: Organizer (submit events for review), Trusted Organizer (publish directly without approval), Moderator (approve/reject events and manage organizers), Administrator (full platform settings and user management), and Super Admin (everything, including billing and API keys). Each role has a clear, non-overlapping set of permissions.
