Established in Stockholm in 2015, Cruncho, a small yet ambitious team,  emerges as an innovative multi-awarded tech company. 

We specialize in crafting SaaS white label event calendars (Cruncho Events) and hyperlocal urban guides (Cruncho Guides), serving municipalities, tourism boards and local media. Our reach spans 10 countries, with Sweden leading the way. Last fall, Atout France and the French Ministry of Tourism officially selected our company’s solutions to cover the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

But there's more - our innovation extends to our new B2C platform, Soulcircus.se, connecting people and companies with a community of experienced teachers, healers and practitioners in the segment of wellness, alternative healing, and personal growth, all powered by our own tech. This new platform, first released in Sweden, is set to launch in other countries, with an ambitious goal to help build a better world.

Position Overview

We're seeking an enthusiastic, driven and result-oriented intern to join our sales team and help us scale up our Event Management platform Cruncho Events. You want to pursue your career in business development, are customer-centric, service-minded and have exceptional communication skills. You will be a part of the team that is driving the company to the next level and thereby have a direct impact on Cruncho’s success.

Joining a close-knit team composed by 2 Business Developers, a Digital Strategist, a UI/UX Expert, and a complete tech team, you'll collaborate closely with the CEO to grow our market share.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead prospection of new B2B potential clients such as destination marketing organisations (Tourism boards) and municipalities
  • Follow up with existing leads in the sales pipe
  • Design and sending of email sequences via Apollo
  • Booking and attending demo meetings
  • Work in our Hubspot CRM and contribute to a positive customer experience.
  • Create and curate engaging content for our LinkedIn account, newsletter and website to build brand awareness, showcase our products and grow our reach.
  • Channel feedback and suggestions from clients to our tech team.
  • Participate in weekly sales & marketing meetings.
  • Align with team members in order to streamline the sales process and ensure quality of execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas.
  • Explore new potential markets for Cruncho on a global level. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or a related field (or recently graduated). 
  • Previous experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong interest in digital solutions like SaaS products (An applied technical background in industrial engineering and/or online solutions is a plus) and for building long term relationships.
  • Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
  • Eagerness for startups and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Your problem-solving and organizational skills and your attention to detail set you apart.
